About Jackson Educational Foundation, Inc. (JEF)
Motto: "It's a Blessing to be a Blessing!"

Jackson Educational Foundation, Inc. was established in honor of the late Mr. Jimmie Jackson Sr. who passed away from cancer in 2014. He was an important figure in the East/Central Tampa community, and he believed in people of all ages obtaining an education.
The foundation's goal is to provide educational scholarships and to have a free annual back-to-school event. In 2015, our second year, we successfully distributed 250 book bags filled with school supplies, and we also fed about 400 people. We want to continue to support our youth and the community... and that requires help from people like you.
